Return Policy

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery of the products.

We recommend checking the order immediately upon delivery, before removing tags or removing the original packaging. In the event of a return, the items must be returned complete with:

  • original tags
  • labels (including leather ones, if present)
  • protective packaging and filling materials
  • any anti-theft devices (which must not be removed)

The removal of the anti-theft device will result in the return not being accepted.

For footwear and accessories, the products must be returned in their original boxes, placed inside an additional protective shipping box.

Returns can only be requested for products that have never been worn, never washed, show no signs of wear, and have not been altered in any way.

Return conditions

Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Mandatory requirements:
  • Submit the return request within 5 days of delivery
  • Ship the goods within 14 days of receipt
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer
  • The Customer can freely choose the courier

Products must be returned in their original packaging, in the same condition in which they were shipped, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

Further conditions:
  • The soles of the footwear must show no signs of use
  • All items must have their original tags
  • All accessories (e.g., dustbag, garment cover, etc.) must be included
  • The authenticity label and security seal must not be cut or damaged

Non-compliant returns will not be accepted and may be returned to the Customer at their expense.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, who can freely choose the courier, assuming responsibility for the shipment until delivery to our warehouse.

Cash on delivery or prepaid shipments are not accepted.

Return procedure
  1. Complete the return form within 5 days of delivery
  2. Wait for the confirmation email from Customer Service
  3. Ship the product within 14 days

Smach Abbigliamento reserves the right to check the conformity of the returned items. If the return does not meet the specified conditions, it will be returned to the Customer at their expense.

Exchanges

A direct exchange procedure is not available. To exchange a product, you must return it following the standard procedure and then place a new order for the desired variant.

Refund

Upon receipt of the return, Smach Abbigliamento will proceed with a quality check. If the return meets all conditions, the refund will be issued within 10 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Gift Cards are non-refundable, cannot be converted into cash, and cannot be refunded. In the event of a return of products purchased with a Gift Card, the refund will be issued exclusively in the form of a store credit or recredited to the Gift Card.

The refund will be issued exclusively for the value of the returned products. The return processing costs, equal to €15.00, will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Final notes
  • Smach Abbigliamento reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns.
  • Products must be tried on with the utmost care.
  • Returns that do not meet the conditions may be returned to the sender.
  • The right of withdrawal is excluded for customized or made-to-order products.
  • The Customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from unnecessary handling.
